Japanese Tea Garden
The Japanese Tea Garden is an authentic garden with pagoda ponds, bridges and bonsai. The San Francisco Botanical Garden, a “living library,” nurtures over 7,000 species of plants. The Japanese Tea Garden has been a favorite stop for guests touring the Golden Gate Park. Although the name suggests you’d stop by for a sip of tea, its not a teahouse. With it’s deep history of devotion and creativity, it’s a very alluring attraction. Weekends will be the busiest times as there are more people are off from their work. Make sure you to make this spot part of your planned itinerary.
